The Caddo River begins in the Ouachita Mountains in southern Montgomery County and flows past the communities of Norman, Caddo Gap, and Glenwood before being impounded to form DeGray Lake, home to Arkansas' only resort state park.

Situated in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, Glenwood is popular for its outdoor recreation opportunities. Several local outfitters provide watercraft and shuttle services for those looking to float the beautiful and meandering Caddo River.

Caddo River Camping & Canoe Rental offers kayak, canoe, raft, & tube rentals, tent and RV campsites, four cabins and a bunkhouse on the Caddo River. Campground, river trips and shuttles are pet-friendly, but bunkhouses and cabins are not pet-friendly.

Our facilities offer canoeing, kayaking, tubing and paintball. We are working on numerous other attractions such as a zip line, RV sites and cabin rentals.

It also offers tile bath floors and custom showers, plus beautiful top of the line wood flooring. The "Morning Star Cabin" is a 2-bed, 2-bath cabin that includes a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Our cabins are located one mile from the Glenwood Country Club and near Lake Greeson, and the Crater of Diamonds State Park.
