2010年8月4日 · The 500 supports 1080p whereas the 100 does not (1080i instead). I ordered a HR24 from Solid Signal about a year ago and received a 500. I ordered another HR24 from Solid Signal two weeks ago (two homes) and received a 100. Go figure. The 500 works great. I was going to install the new unit today, but I'm calling Solid Signal tomorrow instead.

2011年10月1日 · Here's what I have: One HR24-100, a Westell 7500 wireless modem/router, the DECA adapter. No whole home. I have followed all the advice I have found online. I plugged the DECA into my router (it does nothing), I have reset the HR24 with the ethernet cable installed, and I have put the correct IP address, etc., in the advanced networking screen.

2010年4月20日 · Yes the HR24 will handle a 2 TB Hard Drive such as the WD20EADS or WD20EVDS just fine with no problems whatsoever. Replacing the Internal Hard Drive makes the DVR much Quieter than an eSATA Drive Enclosure.

2014年3月22日 · HR24-500's are easy to find and at some decent prices. My question....should I keep looking for an HR24-700 or go with the HR24-500?? I am really impressed with the HR44 and would like the same or nearly the same operation as far as speed etc.with a an HR24. (I know about the number of tuners etc. in both) Any problems in reliability etc?

2014年7月19日 · There is a notable speed differences as you move up from HR24 to HR34 and then HR44. When using the new RC71 remote on an HR44 it is lightning fast and this makes the HR24's feel definitely noticeably slower most of the time. You would definitely regret not keeping your HR 24's. My ideal setup for the last 2 1/2 years is one Genie and 2 HR24's.

2019年7月26日 · I created this thread for others to consider before they swap their HR2x (HR22, or HR24) for an HR54 (Genie). I say HR22 and HR24 as those are the two models I have first hand experience with. The pros and cons are my opinion and how I think a DVR should work. I understand other users will have different opinions on usage.

2014年7月3日 · Yes the Genie and HR24 work together exactly the same as both HR24 have for you in the past. The client however can view and set recordings to the Genie as well as manage series lists. But a client uses a tuner from the genie while in use.

2011年11月21日 · A couple of weeks ago, a Directv installer connected 3 receivers and set up MRV. I just purchased an HR24 that is going to replace my HR21. I'm a bit confused on the connection setup. In looking at my HR21, it is cabled as follows: cable coming from the wall ==> a powered SWiM single cable...
