But due to the regional difference between HRK and the country where I live, my bank had to hold off the transaction. ISTR that it took me almost about a week to completely get a clean refund.

2017年11月18日 · I purchased 40 of Win 10 Pro Retail key, and 14 of them are Dreamspark keys. I asked HRK to refund, but they said it against their policy, the redeemed key cannot be refund... even it doesn't works. So they replaced my keys with another Dreamspark keys (what the...). When I contacted them again, they ignored me.

If you can't get an older HR, try to find an HRK. Bear in mind that textbook presentation and problem worthiness are strongly personality dependent.
