2024年2月16日 · Pulling every fuse and relay has no impact (didnt pull gem or PCM fuse though). If I pull the 50A Junction Box Fuse, draw drops to 0.07A, but i know that doesn't narrow it down much with that one. Now what I find odd, and hopefully points toward my issue. 165ma draw, if i press the window switch buttons with key off, draw remains 165ma.

To diagnose this draw, all things powered by this fuse need to be unplugged. Since the draw is 9 amps, that pretty much means it has to be the #15 under the hood for the wiper motor. Unplug the wiper motor and install the fuse to see if the draw is gone. If it is then replace the wiper motor.
