2024年5月1日 · Yeah this week, after a Windows 11 update, my mouse scroll wheel stopped working properly. It can't be a mechanical problem with the mouse, because there are a couple of websites where mouse scrolling still works perfectly. Some sites and applications, it works really slowly (just scrolling a couple of lines at a time) and some no scrolling at all.

2019年11月9日 · I once installed an app called "OneQuick" and it has a function of using mouse wheel to adjust volume at screen edge. But I've disabled this feature and quit the app and not used this app ever since. So I wonder if there's some configurations left in the Registry making this feature remained. P.S. OneQuick can be found in Microsoft Store.

2024年12月19日 · At first boot up in the morning, the wheel mouse scrolls very slowly. If I restart the computer, the scrolling works normally. The next morning, same thing, the scrolling with the mouse wheel was extremely slow. For this instance, I unplugged the mouse (corded) from the back of my pc and reinserted it into the same usb port.

2018年3月9日 · I have exactly the same issue with a Surface Bluetooth mouse. The scroll wheel stopped working. I can still press the wheel and get the same functionality as before, but the scrolling stopped. Before it had distinct steps, now the wheel is smooth as DerickBo reports. I have used the mouse with other units and the same result.
