Not that I think I want them but it is interesting that Mail categories didn’t appear on all of the devices - which are the most current.

Just got an iPhone 12 (July 2021), finding same exact crap happening. Have to use wifi calling indoors, and to make sure it doesnt occasionally drop the calls due to jumping back to cellular calling occasionally when the cellular signal is strong enough indoors, i have to turn on airplane mode (per the tech support folks).
