I bought this specifically because I DO NOT want to have to go online to open Office. I tried to open Word and was "told" it cannot open the program because I was not online. If I go to Documents and open an existing Word document, it will open. I have limited internet access so this is NOT an option.

I normally open a document in Word Online; then I select "Open in Desktop App" from the editing/reviewing/viewing dropdown. Word Online downloads the document to my desktop Word and keeps the two images of the document in synch.
