If the following syllable starts with a vowel, this linking sound is added between them. "Idea and" becomes "idea rand" which sounds the same as "idear rand."

Pretty sure that originated in the Southern United states where they have a distinct accent and drawl that turned the word into idear for them and it caught on a tad elsewhere. TLTR: Banjo music and eating alligator tails.

A lot of English accents pronounce a's a lot softer than Americans so that could be why you might be hearing that r sound. Idear is a proper West Counrty pronunciation (I myself say it like that). I'm having trouble placing the 'lawr' sound though. Even in my accent it sounds like I'm saying 'lore' rather than 'law'.
