Getting a huge 3" compression driver, horn with a reasonably low crossover point, and a pair of super high quality 15's which hit deep at a very competitive price point was truly a blessing for me.

2004年5月7日 · Even though JBL has had the Northridge moniker around for a while, the actual speakers in the Northridge line change over time, and the "E" speakers are the best Northridges JBL has done. They really do make JBL's consumer line a serious contender at its price point.

2024年3月6日 · In the past, I arbitrarily gave the Paradigm Founder 80F a 91% and the Revel F206 a 90%. I think I would give the JBL HDI an 85%. This means that in a blind test, I am sure there is content that could be played on a JBL 3800 or Revel F208 and I would pick the JBL over the Revel. But I feel confident I would pick the Revel at least 51% of the time.
