JBVC is where VIP’s can come to network, support, and share with their counterparts.

Our mission is to empower Visually Impaired people (VIP) by fostering a supportive community, enhancing their capacities, and nurturing their faith. Built on the foundational pillars of Community, Capacity, and Faith (CCF), we are dedicated to creating and sustaining an environment that supports VIP in living meaningful and dignified lives.
