Family Camp will allow families to spend 3 days together in Gurdwara, preparing meals, in workshops, creating different arts/crafts, playing sports together, enjoying campfires, rock-climbing, high ropes – all in a safe environment.

The auditorium is the one building with the most historical value at Khalsa Centre. With its cedar pillars and beautiful old chandeliers, this fully remodelled building is the perfect space to hold workshops.

It all started in the 80’s, when a small group of people got together with a vision for Sikh Education, Bhai Jiwan Singh jee, had a vision. This vision created Khalsa Schools, Khalsa Credit Union and now Khalsa Centre.

Summer Camp is for youth between the ages of 8 to 18. There will be a focus on leadership skills as well as connecting our campers to their Sikh heritage. 10am on July 7th and return on July 10th at approximately 3pm

Volunteers are Khalsa Centre, are post secondary students or recent graduates, who are in different fields. All our staff have their First Aid Certification and Criminal Record Checks.
