Lady Deathstrike appears in the video game X2: Wolverine's Revenge. She is the final boss who duels with Wolverine at the end of the game until Wolverine knocks her off the building. She hits the ground and is knocked unconscious. Sabretooth later comes to retrieve her, after taking a vial from her unconscious body to cure himself.

Keen on revenge, Lady Deathstrike starts stalking Wolverine in issues #35, #36 and #37 of "Wolverine" (1990). Unlike her foe, Deathstrike is a cyborg but what they have in common are razor-sharp adamantium claws! Lady Deathstrike (Yuriko Oyama) is one of my favorite Wolverine villains out there.
