2018年2月16日 · So a good friend of mine just bought a Barrett M107A1 and is asking for scope recommendations. This person is a lifelong hunter but is not a long range shooter. This was definitely "this is badass buy". The goals are to shoot some steel and maybe some pigs out to 600 as well as being prepared for the zombie apocalypse. Budget is around 3K.

2012年11月28日 · The M107A1 has only been around for a couple of years but I was referring to the original set up M82 and 107 style rifles. The 82 came out the same year it was designated and the 107 has a few feature changes over the 82 models a few years down the road.

2014年3月21日 · I think the new 107a1, over all, is very similar to the latest version of the M82. There are some updates like lighter materials, a cheek rest, and chromed lined barrel vs just the chamber. I can say for sure that my accuracy testing with my previous M82s and my new M107a1 has yielded the same results. With good hand loads you can expect 2 moa.

The bolt carrier's components are protected with a mix of ultra hard coatings and advanced nickel Teflon plating that increases lubricity, is corrosion resistant and greatly eases cleaning.

2021年3月20日 · Anyone that owns a M107A1 should keep it. When the dollar is no longer the world reserve currency, you will need an anti-material weapon eventually. MHO. Not sure how a tool kit, cleaning kit, 3 extra mags and a certificate would make the rifle more valuable. I'll take mine with my suppressor and 3 extra mags any day.

2014年1月17日 · So, I picked up a brand spankin' new M107A1 ("CQ") with the 20-inch barrel few days ago. Since I'm not likely to shoot it much, I think I may prefer the slightly higher FPS the longer barrel affords on those rare occasions I visit a range capable of airing this Bad Boy out.
