It's easy to find using Select -> Select All by Trait -> Non Manifold . Once you find it you can fix it by deleting some unnecessary faces, or separating the edges. You could use Edge split for that:

2022年11月21日 · I'm trying to mesh this model via tetgen, but tetgen says the geometry is non manifold. Blender does say so too. The model is created by a couple of extrude nodes in geometry nodes. I've tried the brute force method of using the clean up which just merges the faces and hence closes everything up. This you can see in the second picture.

2023年2月27日 · Apparently you have interior faces which are non-manifold. Read more about Non-Manifold geometry here. Remove those faces. Then you have this problematic vertex. It is correctly part of one face but not included in the other face. Remove it by selecting the vertex and pressing X > Dissolve Vertex. Then you have this funny interior face here.

2015年12月26日 · For me, the usual cause for non-manifold surface due to boundaries is disconnected or doubled edges/vertices. Inspect the edge to see if there is something underneath or if you have a degenerate (0-area) hole in the mesh (e.g. 3 vertices in a line creating 3 edges resembling a flat triangle instead of the two valid edges etc.
