2021年7月4日 · Remove it and take it apart as shown. If the valve is open as shown. Clean all the carbon along with put some penetrating fluid in the port that the air pump connects to and get the valve to seat back down. You have now fixed P2440 your self or verified what your issue is and can replace the valve and reassemble the car and carry on....

2021年5月24日 · Toyota said it was P2440. My questions with the by-pass are 1. Will the truck still pass emissions? 2. Will having the block off plates, will it shorten the life of the Catholic converters? 3. If a by-pass is install, I assume it can be reversed (back to a pump/valve system)? I'm familiar with the two "P" codes obviously, but what the hell is a U3FFF!? lol My Torque Pro App listed it as Network. Weird, didn't have any other information on it.

2022年5月30日 · Drive it occasionally, a week at a time every 2 months. Haven't driven it for about 4 months this time. Started it up and the "VSC Off" light was flashing and the "Slip Indicator Light" was on. I drove it for about 2 hours and nothing changed. Connected the OBD II reader and got the P2440 code plus "Sec.Air Inj.System Switching Vlv Stuck Bank 1."
