I just finished installing a new injection pump with a 3200 rpm governor spring, and Power Driven Diesel fuel pin. The ISC lift pump also had a built in bypass and only ran for 2 minutes at engine start it was then turned off and the CAPS gear pump then pulled fuel from the tank through the bypass.
