2025年3月11日 · Analysis by RFF in 2022 found that by joining RGGI, Pennsylvania would reduce its electricity sector emissions 84 percent by 2030 over 2020 levels at low marginal cost while generating an estimated $101 million to $148 million annually from the sale of emissions allowances (Burtraw et al. 2023).
