2021年1月18日 · What I have noticed now is when I click on Room in the tab, I can see the "x" inside the room. When I get out of the room it's blank. But then I go to the "Room Tag", then click inside the room the room name appears. So it's now a 2 step process where it use to be a 1 step process. It's like the "Room" and "Room Tag" are no longer together.

2018年4月19日 · The Room Tags are not showing up on our electrical views. On this view if we turn on the mechanical workset, the Room Tags show up. If we try to place new Room Tags on the view, no matter what workset is active.

As I am about to place the tags, I noticed that it reads the original room names from the Revit Architecture file. But when I click to place the room tag an error pops up saying that the tag is not visible in the current view (which is a floor plan so it should).

2011年4月27日 · When I am placing the room tag, the information (name and number) appears but as soon as I place the tag it disappears. If I reveal hidden elements, I can see the room name but it is not highlighted red as other hidden items.

Room tags can display values for related parameters, such as room number, room name, computed area, and volume. When you create a room, if it is properly bounded by elements (such as walls) and room separation lines, Revit computes the room area between the boundaries.

Put a section through the room, go to the section view and make sure the Room has it "Interior Fill" checked. This might flag that the room starts at a higher level than your Cut Plane. If this is the case, the easiest solution is to select the Room->Group it->Change Reference Level (Under Properties) while still in Group, and then Ungroup.

2013年1月31日 · You can do a few things to show or create rooms and room tags in your model from a linked in model. First in your model make sure "Rooms" are turn on under Visibility Graphics > Model tab. Then turn on Room tags under the annotation tab. Then you will need to find which linked file created the rooms and room tags so that you can turn them on.

2024年12月22日 · I am encountering an issue when attempting to add a room tag. As shown in the image below, the following message appears: "None of the created elements are visible in Floor Plan: 0 - Architectural View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings."
