The 9K35 Strela-10 (Russian: 9К35 «Стрела-10»; English: arrow) is a Soviet highly mobile, short-range surface-to-air missile system. It is visually aimed, and utilizes optical/ infrared-guidance.

The PKT is a solenoid-fired coaxial version of PK to replace the SGMT Goryunov vehicle-mounted machine gun. Modifications include the removal of the stock, a longer and heavier barrel, a gas regulator, and an electric solenoid trigger.

The 9K35 Strela-10 (SA-13 Gopher) Russian Short-Range Surface-to-Air Missile System entered service in 1976. It is fully amphibious, NBC-equipped, and has a range-only radar.

Strela-10 is mounted on a self-propelled armored TELAR, carrying four 9K35-missiles in parallel launch tubes. The launcher segment is swivel mounted and erectable. At a distance less than 5 NM the crew will erect the launcher system.

Rather than being mounted on an amphibious but lightly armoured BRDM chassis like the SA-9, the SA-13 is mounted on a more mobile tracked, modified MT-LB, with more room for equipment and missile reloads. Provision for amphibious capability is provided in some variants in the form of polyurethane-filled floats.

In NATO, the car is known as the SA-13 "Gopher". It is still in use today (2014) and has been adopted by the militaries of Afghanistan, Angola, Ukraine and Vietnam. The former operators are Czechoslovakia (dissolution), Poland, Slovakia, USSR and Yugoslavia (dissolution). Modern versions of the Russian military use a new type of missile.
