Setex, Inc. manufactures automobile car seats. The company was founded in 1987 and is based in St. Marys, Ohio. Setex, Inc. is a joint venture between Adient and Tachi-S Co., LTD.

In 1988, Tachi-S Ltd. and Adient formed Setex, Inc., a joint venture in St. Marys, Ohio, to supply seats to Honda of America. Since inception, Setex has provided exceptional quality products and service to its customers.
