I have updated all graphics drivers too. On some games, my screenshare on discord is very choppy when sharing a Fullscreen game for friends to watch which was not a thing prior.

Even after the system is functioning more normally, it is still slower than before the update. Emails take a few seconds longer to open up. Files take longer to open. Chrome tabs take longer to show. I've checked Task Manager. My CPU is at less than 10% and my RAM at 59% with apps open. Hard disk doesn't show a lot of activity.

The issue relating to the "Updates are Underway" loop has been resolved, but my computer is still considerably slower, even outside of gpu intensive tasks.

2022年2月11日 · Yes, that helped. But when I turned off the Enhance Pointer Precision, and set the cursor speed back to 10, the cursor was still significantly slower than before the update. When I gradually increased it up to 16, that approximates the cursor speed that I used to have before the update, with the cursor speed set to 10.
