2020年8月31日 · I found the solution on another site, which said to go into Device Manager and uninstall the Dell Touchpad driver. I then downloaded and installed the latest driver from Dell for my laptop model, rebooted Windows, and it fixed it. Why Mary gave info for Internet Explorer and File Explorer but not Dell drivers, I don't know.

2022年4月8日 · I got the same Problem with a non working touchpad after Standby on my Brand New Latitude 7350 - Drivers and Firmware are all Up2Date. Device is 1 Week old but when it comes from a night of standby touchpad is not working any more. Sometimes it works partly, sometimes it doenst even work after reboot, so i have to do three or more reboots...
