2021年9月14日 · Trader Joe’s has Hearts of Palm “pasta” with only 2 net carbs, and 20 cal per serving! One box of it comes with three servings for a total of 7net carbs 60 cals! Found near where the regular pasta is!

2021年2月1日 · Agreed to follow Trader Joe's List on instagram for ideas. They say to rinse the hearts of palm pasta in cold water before cooking it, and I think that did help it. I would give it a 6/10, as the texture wasn't super close to pasta. But if you have issues with gluten or are trying to cut down on carbs, it's a great and easy option.

2023年5月1日 · Trader Joe’s Hearts of Palm pasta with toasted TJ’s panko over top Sautéed the panko in a pan with butter and chopped garlic,a bit of salt and pepper. the sauce is some in the fridge already and the chickie was from last night,just roasted.

As a supplement you get a lot of nutrients and less calories (1/2 amount is pasta and other half the palm or zucchini hearts). But you still get some traditional pasta flavor Reply reply

The Trader Joe's version of the heart of palms pasta and the rice are really good, in my opinion, too. Haven't had the Aldi version to compare, yet. Reply reply
