The Texas Southern University National Alumni Association (TSUNAA) provides alumni programs directly to and supports hundreds of Texas Southern University alumni organizations, from chapters (both domestic and international) to TSU college classes, interest groups, and more.

The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Association and is comprised of 27 voting members, that include ten elected executive officers and 17 chapter officers/representatives. The Board of Directors convene on a monthly schedule. Meetings are held virtually and in-person retreat is scheduled for the beginning of every year.

Membership in the TSUNAA Metro Houston Chapter is one way to maintain a lifelong connection to your alma mater while helping to strengthen TSU’s position as a premier institution of higher learning. Membership is a tax-deductible gift to TSUNAA Metro Houston.

You don't have to be a TSUNAA member nor a member of these chapters to attend. All alumni are welcome. The Red Door is on the corner of Elgin and Blodgett, right across the street from H&PE Arena and is alumni owned.

Each former student or graduate of TSU is encouraged to join a chapter of the TSUNAA. The chapters are categorized by city and institutional chapters. City chapters are chapters located within various cities across the country and internationally in which anyone is permitted to join.
