2020年7月8日 · Viu also has the option of offering the latest eps a few hours after broadcast in Korea if you are a Viu Premium member which I am. Viu has local content and other Asian genres as well. Locally, in Singapore they do have premium offers to one of the widely used telco here and they also do have special packages.

2020年6月24日 · I would go with VIU, it’s closer to the original version aired on Korean TV as intended by the creators. The subs are better for most shows on VIU, they tend to keep more titles and honorifics. Less things are edited out and soundtracks are mostly the same unlike Netflix where they change the music for copyright reasons.

I hold VIU/VEE myself as a proud Boglehead. Both XEF and VIU hold most stocks directly. The main difference between XEF and VIU is that XEF tracks the MSCI EAFE index, which doesn't consider Korea to be a developed market, whereas VIU tracks the FTSE Developed index, which does consider Korea to be a developed market (~5% of the index).

So it has been announced today that 4 Minutes, starring Bible Wichapas and Jes Jespitat, will be streamed on Viu. As Viu is only available in 16 territories, a vpn will be required for interfans. It hasn't been mentioned whether another streaming service, such as IQIYI, will pick up the show for international viewers.

2023年8月21日 · Always loved Dareumi subs before Viu started subbing and loved the sometimes still got older episodes subbed. The last 3 older subtitled episodes Dareumi released did not get soft sub files. Really loved them because i like to turn off and on the subs. Hope they will be back.
