2022年4月26日 · To close recall W68, the dealer will replace the tone wheel. To close recall W58, the dealer will reprogram the powertrain control module to maintain engine operation if the signal material is lost. If you are included under recall W58, you also will have extended warranty X94.

2020年9月11日 · W68 is what I have heard. Here’s a copy of what I read: ”Crank sensor recall has been updated. No longer flashing the ECM to use the cam sensor as a fallback. They are now going to replace the crank sensors. Believe it's the wheel as that's what's delaminating. Son works at a dealer and said the trans has to be pulled. Parts expected Q1 2021.

2016年1月25日 · The W68 recall only applies to vehicles that did not do the AEM recall. You did gwt an extended warranty, if the dealer says you do not qualify, maybe you have passed the warranty mileage or date, and it has expired.

2021年3月29日 · The W68 will replace the tone wheel with the new one. If you first do the V08 the W68 becomes invalid and you get the W58 which only gives you a software change so IF the tone wheel fails your truck will still run allowing you to get to a dealer to have it replaced.

They completed open recalls W58 and finally got the software to finish V08, but wouldn't do W68 b/c my VIN wasn't part of the recall.
