WZZM used to be the local standard for me. Lee, George, Bill, Juliet - names that were iconic in the local market. They began replacing the old guard, and replacing them not with proven talent, but raw rookie and I can only assume “cheap” personalities trying to break into the business.

2020年6月15日 · they have been trying for years to break the hold of the juggernaut that wood tv 8 has on the grand rapids area but nothing has worked since the lee vanameyde era i think their downfall started when they broke up the team of shanle,y vanameyde,hooks and James, they just don't have good luck picking anchors especially in the sports dept. and they try to do too much in the coverage dept.

2022年8月28日 · 170 votes, 57 comments. true. kinda like spotify uses ogg vorbis instead of mp3 I hate to nitpick, but Spotify uses Ogg Vorbis because it's not patent-encumbered, not because it's technically better than mp3 (although Vorbis uses 20-25% less bandwidth on certain streams).
