2024年7月2日 · I played 4 on the SNES. It's a completely different feeling. It's a solo, overhead style with combat more similar to the original Ys games. The only similarities are general story beats and the music. It wasn't a bad experience, but it isn't that memorable, either. There are some great videos on YT comparing the games if you want to see more specifics.

Devs, you should really fix this crap once and for all instead of everyone else having to deal with this all the time. this is unacceptable.

2024年7月8日 · Ys games like Origin, Felghana, Napishtim, Trails in the Sky launched from very long time ago - 2005 and before. Back then all originally used DX8 for dated machines, and to have better compatibility with better machines & OS, you need to port the games into using DX9.
