I’m assuming some models had a safety stopper in the winch cable so you could not reel the winch cable in too far and break it or the winch. Your problem is most likely a faulty switch or a bad winch relay. The part that actually connects power to the winch from tge battery and switch.

2017年6月9日 · Without uncrimping connections and such, use a meter to measure the AC output of the stator while connected to the rec/reg - AC voltage should be appx the same on each phase at whatever engine speed you test at, but above 2500 rpm the voltage should be about 18volts or higher. Also check phase to ground - you should read zero volts AC to ground.
