2008年7月30日 · Re: Bending plexiglass for center console *any help* Plexiglass (acrylic) is very brittle and will need even heating to bend without cracking and crazing. A plastics fabrication shop is the best option. You could try polycarbonate which bends easily but will be under tension unless you can fix it in place.

2016年11月20日 · I've done some work bending large sheets for making museum display cases. Straight 90 deg bend 4 ft long... THAT was a royal pain to set up. A compound curve is 10 times as hard for the same size sheet. I've also done vacuum forming of parts in a 18 inch vacuum forming system.

2011年8月14日 · Re: Seafarer transom and deck replacement Well the motors off and the transom is even worse then I expected, the lower motor mounts were starting to push through the transom and 2 cracks, one where the cap and transom joins (I'll get a pic of that tomorrow it's getting a bit dark out side now) and another crack to the right of the motor.

2012年12月9日 · If you must stay with alum. the only one that I know of with the asset you seek is the Turning Point Hustler, sold on the site. What you are looking for is "Rake". Rake is the bending of the blades toward the rear of the prop, which when used with proper trim creates a tube effect, like having a long tube with a thrust mechanism in it.

2011年10月12日 · The industrial is basically the same paint and it comes with a hardener. They just don't sell it to the public. It is all Acrylic Enamel paint therefore you can use the Artists Acrylic enamel paints for tinting purposes. Use white as your base and use some Medium Gray Artist paint thinned with acetone for tintinng.
