The Parks and Recreation Department maintains 23 pavilions and open air shelters at various locations throughout the city parks that can be rented. Pavilions may be reserved for your special occasion or event from May 1st through October 31st.

The Botanical Conservatory, located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne at 1100 S. Calhoun St. is a popular site for wedding receptions, dances and other festivities as well as business meetings, conferences and seminars. The Friday/Saturday full facility rental includes three gardens, the Magnolia Room, the Orchid Room and a spacious lobby.

Take a hike, make a craft, play miniature golf, shop, visit sled dogs, learn how to curl, engage with Fort Wayne history, get cozy and watch live ice sculpture carving at five different locatons. New in 2025:
