Rice pudding is one of my family's favorites and with this convenient recipe I'll be making it a lot more. I used all of the sugar, and 2 1/2 cups whole milk and 1/2 cup of light cream. I cooked mine for 3 hours in the crockpot and let it cool down a little before serving.
