Fast travel to the Rampart Tower Site of Grace and make your way to the top-level towards the balcony section where there are multiple Exile Soldiers. At the balcony's entrance, on the left, you'll see one of the guards resting against a wall, near a stack of sandbags.

2022年3月21日 · Rampart Tower Site of Grace. From the Stormveil Cliffside Site of Grace, Climb up the stairs ahead and enter the building. Inside the building, keep climbing up the stairs till you reach the top level. On the top level, you will find a door as shown below. Inside this door, you will find a Rusty key on a corpse. Take the Rusty Key.

Go back to the rampart with the barrel chucking stormhawks and find the balcony that overlooks the ocean. Peer down over the edge and you will see a platform below you can drop to.
