Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans (TMEP), described by Parkes Weber in 1930, represents a rare form of mastocytosis. The typical lesions are telangiectatic macules with background color ranging from light to dark brown. TMEP develops more frequently in adults, although there are reports of cases affecting children. 1 – 6.
