2020年9月22日 · Just got my new Xbox series x controller yesterday. The battery fits but the idiotic thing is that the rechargable battery back plate does not fit on the new controller. You can't charge the controller without it on so it makes it entirely pointless.

The battery pack doesn't fit the controller, I've since bought a 'stealth' rechargeable pack with USB cables - this doesn't fit either - neither does the USB cable!? Why aren't these interchangeable?

2024年9月19日 · If possible, try using a different Xbox One rechargeable battery pack. If the controller functions with a different battery pack or AA batteries, then the controller is not the source of the issue.

2021年4月26日 · I received a new xbox one controller for Christmas. I already had the original controller which is broken but still works well enough. After opening the new controller I immediately went to get the battery pack from my original controller, but it didn't work. So I went and got a set of AA batteries instead, which also didn't work.
