2024年6月1日 · High niobium β-γ TiAl alloy (HNBG) was pulse current diffusion bonded to Ni-based superalloy (IN718) by introducing Ni foil as an interlayer using spark plasma sintering (SPS). Typical microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties of HNBG/Ni/IN718 joint were investigated in detail.

2024年1月1日 · Nb–Si alloy and high niobium β-γ TiAl alloy (HNBG) was joined by diffusion bonding ranging from 1000 to 1100 °C at 10 MPa for 20 min by spark plasma sintering. The phase sequence from HNBG to Nb–Si side was HNBG||β/B2+α 2 -Ti 3 Al||δ- (Nb, Ti) 3 Al+σ- (Nb, Ti) 2 Al + Ti rich γ- (Nb, Ti) 5 Si 3 ||Nb–Si in the joint.
