2018年9月12日 · Managed to get the alignment right (Field 1 0.0 degrees, field 2 "OK" etc), but the ABS and ESC lights remain lit and a scan shows "01486 System Function Test Activated". The fault recurs after clearing DTCs and driving the car.

The ESP System Function Test should be performed after all major work on the Brake System, in some cases the Brake Electronics Control Module (J104) may automatically require this Function Test and set the correlating Fault Code 01486. Once the Function Test has been started it cannot be cancelled and must be successfully finished.

Each of the instructions says that the ESP light will go off and the ABS light will come on when you press the brake.

One of the light should stop meaning that I can start the function test but even how hard I tap the brake pedal, nothing happens. Any idea?
