2009年1月31日 · Three years ago, at 78,000 miles, my '02 threw misfire codes for cylinders 3 and 4. A compression/cylinder leak down test showed leakage over 15% on both cylinders. Turned out the exhaust valves were burnt and had to be replaced. The repair was done at Gerald Subaru in North Aurora, Illinois.

2011年2月24日 · Flashed my car using AP to stage 1 93 today. I have a CEL for P0031 Front oxygen (A/F) sensor heater circuit low input. I am only peaking at about 11psi. I feel like it should be higher. Especially with the stage 1 flash. I feel like it should be around 15-16. Would the oxygen sensor be causing the car to boost low? Any input would be ...

2009年1月5日 · I've got an 02 wrx wagon (bought new) with about 165k miles on it, with low compression on cylinders 3&4, and the subaru place (royal, in Bloomington, IN) is recommending a new short block if I want to keep it ($5k). It seems to me that for $5-$6k I should be able to do no end of cool stuff, but I'd like to get some suggestions.

2019年4月11日 · So low rpm high throttle, however it should not do this in lower gears like first or second. You also should be meeting your boost targets in the map you run, and I don't think Cobb targets 20+. Low and slow throttle engagement shouldn't provide much boost either.

2011年2月22日 · I will replace the 02 sensor and put the stock intake back on and clean the MAF and search around if there is still a boost leak. I'll get back to you guys

2006年2月2日 · You would've found that cylinder to have low or no compression at all. Then you can follow it up with a "cylinder leak-down test" which will reveal the damaged valve. Well, you better hope the piston rings are ok after running it like that for a year.

2009年8月12日 · The car is a 02 wrx with 30k a cat back exhaust and an aftermarket turbo inlet ducting. So what do you guys think I kind of think that my gauge is broken. Has anyone else had a car that still ran with only 30 psi in one cylinder?

2017年12月4日 · Currently it will max out at .05 Mpa. Is that about right for a stock wrx with 154xxx miles? should be 13-14 psi indicated. There is an 02 WRX still running stock boost???? In reply to sachilles : .05 Mpa works out to about 7.2 psi according to my conversion calc. What could be causing the low boost? Should we ask why it has a boost gauge in Mpa?

2002 US market Subaru WRX with mods from the PO slowly lost boost over the course of a few weeks. I noticed the boost gauge not climbing as high as it usually does under normal conditions. After a few weeks of symptoms it feels like its lost all boost, but is still derivable and only occasionally produces a 'System Rich' code.
