2018年1月31日 · That particular year, 03', RM250 had a couple of issues that really effected the way the bike ran stock. The first of which was the stock squish. It was huge, around 1.9 mm if I remember correctly. The squish needs to be corrected before you even go into the carb to fix what they have going on in there.

Its to the point its rideable but i still have that sputter when i hammering the throttle, let off, then get back on it is where it is getting the stuttering.Bikes real close to being good. 03 rm is the biggest pain to jet and im learning that.

2007年4月6日 · You can try to defend the '03 RM250 all you want, but it was one of the worst years, PERIOD. And I'm a die hard Suzuki guy.... 1992 RM125 2001 RM125 2003 RM250 2004 RM250 2006 RM-Z450 2008 RM-Z450... out of those the '03 was absolute crap suspension-wise.

2008年4月1日 · My 03 RM250 had a FMF SST on it, it was smooth and revved pretty high. I changed to a PC works pipe, and wow, what a difference. The PC pipe hit alot harder in the low mid and pulled harder into the topend. The SST revved higher, but the PC pipe allowed me to open the throttle and go, the SST was a hardpack type power.

2017年1月23日 · I have the infamous 03 RM250 and you'll never guess but I'm having jetting issues. It runs really rich on the top end, loads up but has no power. I put a new top end and reeds in it and have only rode it around my neighborhood after breaking it in.
