2022年4月22日 · Just sit tight on that bootup screen, when it seems "stuck" it will resume booting in 60 seconds or so. Its annoying, but it's easier to wait the 1 minute instead of ejecting the SD card and reinserting.

2022年3月8日 · I use a Samsung PRO Plus (512GB) and get this error 4 times on boot/restart of the device. It's gone if the sd card is no present. The card was formated by steam deck. Games work fine though.

2022年3月3日 · DiscoverUserArea (): Assign new RCA = 0x0 fails with Device Error. So far it doesn’t seem to correlate with anything other than intermittent super long boot times. It happens every time I boot or restart though. Same issue here. Just heard back from Steam Support, seems to be related to my SD card. Taking it out made the error go away.

2022年3月3日 · On the Steam Deck Discord, it was said this happens on boot if an SDXC card is installed (nalex66 mentions his Lexar Play A2 1TB). Doesn't seem to be problematic otherwise. It looks to just be some sort of error with that particular SD card and the BIOS.

2023年7月24日 · I have 3 t-decks. Unfortunately one of them corrupted during a download, since then I have been unable to get it to take an new firmware. I can (sometimes) get it to boot into the rom bootloader mode by holding down the trackball while resetting, however, once I try to use the esptool it finds the com port, but times out in writing.
