I Parachute Battery (Bull's Troop) Royal Horse Artillery is the Headquarters battery of 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery, part of the Royal Horse Artillery of the British Army, currently based in Merville Barracks, Colchester.

7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery (7 PARA RHA) are deployed all over the world. On-going commitments include: Supporting exercises worldwide; Operation Elgin, Balkans. Recent deployments: Iraq – Operation Telic; Afghanistan – Operation Herrick and Operation Pitting. United Kingdom – Resilience Operations.

2005年11月16日 · One battalion is at all times designated the Airborne Battle Group (ABBG) and typically reinforced by a 105mm Light Gun battery from 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery (7 Para RHA) and a troop of about 50 sappers from 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers (9 Para Sqn RE).

7th Parachute Regiment, Royal Horse Artillery (7 RHA) is a regiment of the Royal Artillery in the British Army. It currently serves in the field artillery role with 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team, and is equipped with the L118 Light Gun.

In the new millenium, operations of 16 Air Assault Brigade have seen 7 PARA RHA provide crucial fire support for operations in Macedonia, Afghanistan (Fingal) Iraq (Telic) and more recently, the deployments to Afghanistan as part of the ongoing Herrick operations.

N Parachute Battery forms as sub-unit to 7 Para RHA. The Battery provide close combat support for the Royal Irish Regiment within 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team. In March 2024 The Eagle Troop established a new place of work in Merville Barracks, having relocated from Albemarle Barracks in Northumberland.
