Patch 1.0.8.0 / 1.0.7.0 has achievements only on GFWL (which is a dead man walking) but they should show up on your Xbox account as GTA IV PC.

2025年3月6日 · The stuttering occurs randomly, but where I've seen it a lot is in police chases, it stutters every 3-5 seconds. It's not always, but the stuttering is accompanied by high CPU usage, which I find a bit strange, cores 1 and 2 end up hitting 95% usage. My GPU is never maxed out, I play with a 60fps limit on Rivar.
