2022年9月3日 · However. I bought the extra folding/extended throw lever. If PA reads this post, you should just include that throw lever with this scope. It's way better, it folds down out of the way. It deploys up real quick and allows you to throw the magnification from 1 - 8 real quick. Summary: I'll probably continue to run it over the Razor.

2018年1月28日 · I think the 1-8 market is tough. It seems they all fall short in one area or another. I have the NX8 on order and look forward to it but I will keep the 2.5-10x24 on the RECCE. I think the Khales 1-6 was the best all around scope I have owned. I waiting to see what Vortex has coming at shot... I hope they bring RAZOR 1-8 out to really mix it up.

2017年12月20日 · Budget 1-8 scopes are about worthless on the higher magnifications. In fact, I'm going to sell the SE soon, to help fund a better 1-4 scope. The glass quality simply is not good enough to really be effective above 6x, even in broad daylight.

Ideally you want it to perform like an unmagnified red-dot for engaging targets up to 50 m, but look a zoom scope when engaging targets further out. A 1-6 or 1-8x second focal plane with illuminated center dot gives you basically that.
