May I ask for what reason you are trying to access the admin page for the gateway? All settings should be available via the Xfinity app directly or the Xfinity website to manage the device.

2020年1月30日 · Hello, I cant seem to find my login on the "10.0.0.1" admin tool page. I have factory reset the router, making sure the LEDs turned off and tried the default "admin" for username and "password" password, but it didn't seem to work. I repeated this a couple more times but still, no luck. If anyone could help me that would be fantastic!

When I first got it I could log into 10.0.0.1 and experiment with Wi-Fi settings such as channel but now all Wi-Fi settings are grayed out.This includes the following menu pages: Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 2.4 GHz; Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 5 GHz

2021年7月6日 · To reset the 10.0.0.1 password you will need to do a full reset on your modem. You will need to have something like a pen or paper clip to stick in the small reset hole on the back of the modem. You will want to hold the button for about 30 seconds to do the full reset.

2023年7月18日 · How do you reset the password for the admin profile for 10.0.0.1? I did the 30 second hold reset button and the two minute hole reset button but all it did was reset my Wi-Fi name and password.

2024年5月26日 · However, I can no longer log into the XB3 via 10.0.0.1, it times out with "server stopped responding" or "server not responding". Try 192.168.100.1 YMMV. Also, I see the wireless radio lights are blinking. Seems like they should just be off in bridge mode. They're supposed to be disabled, doesn't seem like they should be blinking.
