Local auctions have been so-so as well. Attended one in Walnut, IA a few months back. They auctioned off nearly 100 guns totaling a little over $78K!

I’ve bought stolen guns off customers I knew had no knowledge of them being stolen. They had bought them in good faith, maybe several owners same way.

Leastways, the one my brother has, that was bought from Spanish Trails Scout Reservation, is a 320B. Single-shot bolt action and the safety comes on every time you work the bolt. Sweet gun.
