2023年8月20日 · 100hz monitor only showing 75hz Troubleshooting So recently I bought cooler master monitor (GA241) which is supposed to support 100 hz, but when I get to choose monitor hz in settings there are only options up to 75 hz.

2024年3月16日 · Having a desktop at 1440 is nice too. So a games like Terraria where high res won't really be noticed and higher refresh rate aren't important (but nice) I'd say the plus goes to desktop 1440.

2017年12月15日 · Generally speaking, your brain is so good at working with incomplete data that unless you’re going to compete for million dollar prize pool while sitting next door to the game server, you really don’t give a damn. 60Hz with good colors and consistent performance will beat 100Hz where display needs to wait ever so often for a missing frame.

2020年11月20日 · HDMI 2.0x simply doesn't support 144hz at higher resolution than 2560 by 1440, while yours is 3440 by 1440. So you would have to either use DP, reduce the resolution or live with the 100hz. Just a quit word about going USB-C to DP.

The real key question: do you currently own, or plan on owning, the hardware required to get over 100 fps at all times in the games you play? If you're at 100 fps or below 95% of the time, 144hz doesn't do you any good.
