The 1st Squadron, 108th Cavalry Regiment is a reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition squadron of the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (48th IBCT), Georgia Army National Guard. 1st Squadron provides the 48th IBCT both mounted and dismounted reconnaissance capabilities.

After more than ten months deployed in support of the NATO -led international peacekeeping force in Kosovo, our Soldiers, representing Macon-based units and the Calhoun-based 1st Squadron, 108th Cavalry, received warm greetings from family and friends at the Clay National Guard Center in Marietta.
