Mostly because I did the 10mm pistol so this seemed like the next step... Whats in the pack? This is an early game SMG like the 9mm however this hits harder while being overall slower dps wise.

I prefer the Weathered 10mm with Silencer. 9mm has no silencer mod. Though, you can get .45 pistols early in Honest Hearts, which obsoletes both 9mm and 10mm.
