I had a good amount of friends commissioned 11A a few years ago. Some of them didn’t have time to go to Ranger school, they got hurt, had to recycle IBOLC and had been at Benning too long (most people go right after IBOLC). All 6 of them went to Airborne before PCSing out of Benning, even those going to non airborne units.

2019年10月21日 · Go to a guard recruiter, tell them you want to commission as a 11A and you want to go to OCS at Ft Benning (federal OCS) instead of your states OCS program. State OCS is 1 drill a month for 12 months. You would compete for MOS with other candidates. If you go to OCS at Benning you are guarenteed your chosen MOS and are hard slotted before leaving.

2023年7月27日 · 11A is going to do more infantry stuff than a non-infantry "A". More range time, field time, related schools, PT, ruck marches , etc. However, most officers do the same things daily while in garrison or otherwise not in the field regardless of their branch.

But when I change security mode to WPA2 personal or WPA/WPA2 personal, I'm getting connected to 802.11n in 2.4ghz and 802.11ac in 5ghz mode in my pc.

Everything you described sounds interesting to me honestly and like something I would enjoy doing even long term, but after talking to an infantry officer in my state and him talking about not even having gone to ranger school, I think I'll stay aviation.

2018年11月2日 · It's generally best to keep the older-slower 802.11 flavors enabled, because even the newest-fastest clients would like to use those older technologies when the client's signal-to-noise ratio is too poor for the newest-fastest stuff to work well.

Because it used a new radio band, it wasn't backward-compatible with 802.11b, and didn't really catch on right away, except perhaps in a few enterprise and industrial applications. Few products wanted the expense of dual-band support, so 802.11a products were generally 802.11a-only.
