IDT makes an A head that flows 520 cfm , but it's a far cry from a conventional head. Nor is a Thor or a Profiler both above 500 CFM. I guess the bbc head design is so superior to the BBF head it's easy to get those big flow numbers out of them with out getting away from the stock lay out Typical chevy biased rules bull sh--.
